The country music world was torn when two of their own, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, announced their divorce.

But Shelton, also a judge on “The Voice,” insists he’s doing just fine.

“I’m good, I’m good,” the 39-year-old said in an interview with CMT’s Hot 20 Countdown. “I’m not in rehab.”

Ten weeks after the two called it quits, Shelton says he’s in a better place than he was before.

“I’m in a good place. I wasn’t, but I am now,” he said. “It’s amazing how quickly life can turn around for you.”

Shelton and Lambert, who were married for four years, first met in 2005 when Shelton was still married.

And although the split was not what either had envisioned for their future, Shelton said things are starting to look up.

“I’ve had some pretty cool things in recent times that have happened, and I’m loving it,” he said.

Including a more trim figure, as some gossip sites have pointed out recently. But when asked about his weight loss, Shelton claimed he didn’t drop the pounds on purpose.

“I would like to sit here and tell you that I’ve been exercising, but I haven’t been,” he told the show’s host. “I push-mow my lawn.”

If that’s the case, it looks like we’ve got some major yardwork to do.
