Funny man Stephen Colbert finally announced his first guest for “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.” And it’s a doozey.

We sure hope he shows up — nothing looks better on our TVs than Clooney’s handsome mug.

The A-list actor will likely be promoting one of two movies he’s got in post-production: “Hail, Caesar!” or “Money Monster.”

The “Late Show” premiere date falls just a few weeks before Clooney’s one-year wedding anniversary with wife Amal, according to People.

That’s one lucky lady, and one lucky “Late Show” host.
