President Barack Obama gave the Queen of England an iPod when he visited her today at Buckingham Palace, according to London’s Daily Telegraph
. The iPod was loaded with video footage and photographs from her 2007 trip to the United States.
But here’s the rub: Her majesty already owns an iPod, a 6 GB Mini she bought four years ago at Prince Andrew’s suggestion. (You know those royals. So hip.)
The Queen, in turn, gave the president a silver-framed photograph of herself, the standard present for visiting dignitaries.
Sorry, your majesty.
We’d rather have a second iPod.
