The public battle is over between Bobby Flay and his wife, actress Stephanie March. The two issued a statement on Friday saying that they have reached “an amicable divorce settlement.”

They also “look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward,” they said in the statement.

The two have been locked in a very public feud since separating in March after 10 years of marriage. They reportedly fought over the conditions of their prenuptial agreement. Her lawyer was quoted calling the terms of the agreement, which would have had Flay paying March $5,000 a month for five years, “morally reprehensible.”

And rumors of Flay’s alleged extramarital activities made headlines, too. Last month, when he received a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, a plane with a banner sporting the word “cheater” flew overhead. March’s lawyer denied that she had a hand in the stunt.

No details of the settlement were made public.
