A bikini-clad grandmother in Florida was busted for DUI last week while driving with her 10-year-old grandson in the car.
And no, they weren’t on their way to the bingo hall.
WINK News reported that Patricia Ebel, 49, was driving a BMW that slammed into a car that was stopped at a Naples, Florida intersection on Friday evening.
Collier County sheriff’s deputies smelled alcohol on Ebel and administered field sobriety tests, which she failed. She refused to take a breath test, according to officials.

She had her grandson in the car at the time because, she told deputies, they had been swimming. Neither was injured in the crash. The driver of the car that Ebel hit was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the TV station reports.
Video of the traffic stop shows that Ebel’s grandson gave her a hug before deputies hauled her off to jail.
She’s now facing DUI charges, including driving drunk with a minor in the car, according to WINK News.
That must have been some pool party.
