Let the speculation begin. This expletive-filled meltdown by Dennis Quaid on a movie set is too good to be true, right?

The cell phone video popped up Monday night on Reddit – we’re already suspicious – and quickly scooped up kudos from viewers for being a classic rant.

Quaid loses it after a “***head” wanders onto his set.

“I can't even get a line out until dopey the (bleep) starts whispering in your ear,” Quaid says to someone off-screen. “You're not even watching anymore.”

Among his perfectly delivered lines: “This is the most unprofessional set I have ever been on!” and “don’t (bleeping) Dennis me!”

Several Reddit viewers speculated that this might be one of Jimmy Kimmel’s classic pranks.

The Hollywood Reporter reached out to Quaid’s reps for comment but got no response.

THR reports that Quaid recently filmed “Truth,” the Dan Rather biopic, and will star in a new one-hour drama series, “The Art of More,” for the streaming service Crackle.
