“Mob Wives” star Angela “Big Ang” Raiola told her fans on Facebook Thursday that doctors will remove a nodule on her throat in the coming week.

She wrote that the growth was caught at a “very early” stage, but that she’s had a “a nerve wracking couple of days, as would anyone when you hear testing etc...”

Bar-owner Ang, the niece of mobster Salvatore “Sally Dogs” Lombardi, has starred on VH1’s “Mob Wives” reality series since 2012.

Contrary to published reports, she wrote, she is at home, relaxing and has not been hospitalized. She apologized that fans “had to find out about my condition from every other outlet but me.”

On Friday TMZ quoted Ang’s sister, Janine Detore, saying that doctors found a “lemon-sized” tumor on the TV celebrity’s voice box and that it is cancerous.

She also told TMZ that her sister has smoked for 42 years and that doctors have told her to quit stat.

Ang herself made no mention of cancer in her message to fans.

“Big Ang isn't going anywhere!” she wrote. “This is a minor setback, but I promise you this... I already have some BIG things in the world and will be returning to your TVs very soon.

“Always look after yourselves and don't neglect your health. I'm fortunate and blessed to have discovered something very early, and handle it in a positive manner. I thank you and I love you all from the bottom of my heart.”
