Organizers of the second annual Boulevardia have suspended ticket sales for Saturday, the second day of the three-day event. Tickets are no longer available online and will not be available at the gate.
“Without knownig when people will arrive today due to the heat, we wanted to make sure we were on the low side of capacity,” said Keli O’Neill Wenzel, festival organizer.
General admission tickets remain for Sunday for $15. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Big Head Todd & the Monsters headline the festival’s main stage.
O’Neill Wenzel estimated that 12,000 people attended the food, beer and music festival in the West Bottoms on Friday night. More than 20,000 are expected throughout Saturday. Between 8,000 and 10,000 are expected Sunday.
