Visual art | Youthful triennial at New York’s New Museum is anything but citified

The combination of underexposed cultural perspectives and youth in New Museum’s second triennial exhibit of emerging global artists, “The Ungovernables,” makes for a captivating and often heartening array. Curated by the New Museum’s Eungie Joo, the venture is mercifully free of the New York art scene’s trademark irony.
