State regulators approve real estate and appraisal education individually, so the first move is confirming the course carries approval for your jurisdiction and your license class. Once that box is ticked, the offer above decides how little you pay for it.

What Sits Behind the Paywall

Coursework for Both Professions

The lineup runs from entry-level licensing study through upgrade courses for agents, plus qualifying education aimed squarely at appraisers. One provider, several career stages.

Self-Paced, With a Progress Meter

Lessons move at whatever speed you set, and the tracking display keeps a running tally of what remains. Aim to finish with margin: your access window has to cover the deadline crunch and any last review, not merely the lecture content.

Weighing Cost Against the Renewal Clock

Sticker price is only one input. Compare how much support comes with the tier, how deep the practice material goes, and when access expires relative to your renewal date. A cheaper package that lapses before your deadline is the expensive one.

Cashing In the McKissock Discount

Open the offer above and copy the current McKissock discount.

Pick the course your license actually requires this cycle, whether that is agent coursework or appraisal qualifying education.

Double-check your state’s name on the course listing before it goes in the cart.

Apply the code, confirm the lower total and the refund terms, and enroll.

FAQs

Are McKissock courses available where I hold my license?

It varies by state and by profession, so an agent and an appraiser in the same city may see different catalogs. Filter by your license type on McKissock’s site to get the real answer for your situation.

How do I tell required hours apart from study aids?

Read the course label. Parts of the catalog satisfy mandated education; other parts only support exam preparation. The listing spells out which is which, and mixing them up wastes a renewal cycle.

Is this platform aimed at new licensees or veterans?

Both, by design. The catalog stretches from first-license coursework to the recurring education seasoned agents and appraisers file every cycle, so the audience is anyone with a requirement due.

What should I confirm before paying?

The essentials: state approval for your license, an access period that outlasts your deadline, refund terms you can live with, and a tier that bundles everything your renewal calls for.

Can I move to a different package after checkout?

Only within McKissock’s upgrade and support policies, which is not something to count on. Redeem the discount on the package you intend to finish, not one you hope to trade later.

on McKissock real estate education.
