My Experience with Blueprint LSAT Review
User Experience and Core Content
The first thing I noticed when I logged into my Blueprint account was the sheer simplicity: you have every tab you need in a bar on the top, and there aren’t that many: the Blueprint logo (which returns you to the dashboard), study plan, live classes, exams, question bank, journal, analytics, and resources.
Further, the layout is predominantly white with the occasional touch of blue, making it clean, contemporary, and easy to look at and stay focused. Everything loads properly—no glitches—and it’s easy to find where you want to go. My only gripe is that the majority of the content is housed under the “Resources” tab, which is a strange title for the tab with all of the video modules in it. Otherwise, no issues here; I really liked the layout and ease of use.

Also, while this might seem silly, I know some of you will appreciate this—none of the instructor’s voices were grating. Some were a little fast, but there was nothing squeaky or irritating to distract you from the concepts, and closed captions made it easy to understand what everyone was saying. Plus, I loved that immediately after a video, you’d have ~5 questions to answer related to the content to immediately reinforce what you just learned.

As far as customer service, I didn’t think it was spectacular or “above and beyond,” but it worked exactly like I needed it to. There’s a help chatbot you can use, and if you don’t get your question answered, you can easily transition to chatting with actual people, which I appreciated. Further, this might sound wild, but I’ve tested plenty of prep courses that didn’t have the convenience of a chatbot like this. If you are some who’d prefer not to talk to someone if you don’t have to, this is a great solution.
As for the Q&A sessions, I think they’re a truly outstanding way to ensure every student gets the support they need. I especially appreciated that, while there were plenty of open-ended options, there were also sessions for specific topics, like logical reasoning lessons or reading comprehension timing tips. And yes, they’re held nearly every day, typically within the following timeframes (and yes, there are weekend sessions as well):
