Daniel Dumas, associate products editor of Wired magazine, says “crowd sourcing” is changing the way recipes are passed around. “It used to be, all these secret recipes were locked away in a cupboard or in Grandma’s head, and now people all posting all those recipes. We have access to millions of recipes now.”
