Her name was <b>Shiloh Pepin</b>, and you might have seen her story on TLC documentaries or last month on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."</p><p>She was a little girl in Kennebunkport, Maine who was born with fused legs, a rare condition called "mermaid syndrome."</p><p>Doctors predicted she'd live only a few days after she was born.</p><p>Shiloh lived 10 years.</p><p>She died Friday at Maine Medical Center, where she had been hospitalized in critical condition with an infection for nearly a week. Her <a href= "http://www.seacoastonline.com/articles/20091025-NEWS-910259986"> funeral</a> will be on Wednesday.</p><p>She will be buried in the dress she picked out for her school picture.</p><p>In this show promo, her mother Leslie's words now sound haunting, and sad.</p><p><i>"Why is my daughter here?
