For Missouri trout fishermen, the first day of spring will be Saturday. That’s when the season opens at the four trout parks — Bennett Spring, Roaring River, Montauk and Maramec Spring. The fishing, as usual, should be good. The Missouri Department of Conservation will stock three trout per anticipated fishermen at each of the parks.
