•POMME DE TERRE: 81 degrees, 3- to 4-foot clarity, 1 foot high. Outlook: Nemo Landing reports: crappies fair to good on minnows in 20 feet of water along main-lake bluffs.
•SMITHVILLE: 78 degrees, clear, normal. Outlook: Burton’s Bait and Tackle reports: crappies good on jigs, minnows in the tree lines and main-lake brush; bass poor; white bass fair early and late where fish are surfacing on the points; channel catfish fair on a variety of baits.

•HILLSDALE: 78 degrees, clear, normal. Outlook: Rand’s reports: crappies good on jigs, minnows in 17 feet of water in the brush; walleyes fair on jigs with worms, minnows on the flats; catfish good on worms lakewide.
