Expect everything MLS and Sporting Kansas City to ramp up exponentially now that March has finally begun.
Speaking of "exponents," here are some numbers: In 19 days, Sporting Kansas City will take the field for the first time in 2011. In just 21 days, Spring will be here and outdoor soccer will get rolling. In 45 days, it will be April 14. In 101 days, it will be time to open up "Sporting Park."
Today is the roster cut-down day for MLS teams. Anybody you want to keep (like, say, Scott Lorenz, Adda Djeziri, Julio Cesar Santos Correa or Milos Stojcev), you've got to sign to a contract. They can still be cut later of course. When news breaks, we'll have something to say about it.
Speaking of us having something to say, have you listened to the second episode ofStoppage Time
