Injury update for Chiefs first practice in pads

The Chiefs’ first padded practice of the preseason is set to begin, and here’s a couple quick injury updates.
• Receiver Dwayne Bowe, who has sat out the last two practices with what the team called a chest virus, is in uniform and ready to practice.
• Offensive guard Jeff Allen, who injured his arm in Saturday’s practice, is in uniform but is not wearing a helmet.
