Tight end DeMarco Cosby, who played in high school at Lincoln Prep and college at Central Missouri, has signed with the Chiefs as a member of their practice squad.

Cosby has spent time in training camp the past couple of years with the Rams and Packers.

Cosby caught 71 passes and scored 10 touchdowns as a senior at Central Missouri in 2010.

The Chiefs had an opening on the practice squad since promoting defensive back Neiko Thorpe to the active roster in time for last Monday’s game against Pittsburgh.
