How Royals could manage 40-man roster to make room for Christian Binford, Brandon Finnegan

Aaron Brooks, Michael Mariot and Johnny Giovatella are among a group of players who could be removed from 40-man roster to make room for others who would be used to help the Kansas City Royals make a playoff push.
