The London trip seemed to do wonders for both the Chiefs and Lions.
Both teams had not lost since they met on Nov. 1 and the Chiefs crushed Detroit. Neither team had lost until Thursday night.
Then the Lions lost in crushing fashion. Detroit was ahead 23-21, but a facemask penalty gave Green Bay new life and Aaron Rodgers threw a 61-yard Hail Mary pass on the game’s final play.
