Top-ranked Virginia trailed by four points when Ty Jerome was fouled while shooting a three-pointer with 0.9 seconds left .* Jerome made two free throws, but the Cavaliers committed a lane violation and trailed 66-64.

Louisville just had to inbound the ball to secure the victory, and Deng Adel thought he could run along the baseline. He couldn't. Adel was called for traveling. Virginia got the ball back and DeAndre Hunter made a three-pointer — on a bank shot, of course — at the buzzer.
