Missouri won’t be quite at full strength for its game on Friday against UCLA.

The team announced Thursday that junior forward Tony Criswell will not be available after suffering a fractured middle finger on his non-shooting hand in MU’s win over Illinois on Saturday.

Criswell, who has emerged as MU’s first big man off the bench, will be reevaluated next week.

He is averaging six points and five rebounds in 17.8 minutes off the bench, and he is often counted on to bring energy and hustle. His absence could lead to more playing time for freshmen big men Stefan Jankovic and Ryan Rosburg.

Bucknell time change

MU’s Jan. 5 game against Bucknell at Mizzou Arena will tip off at 3 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. The game is sold out.
