The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge is a viral online campaign to raise money and awareness for ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

Charlie Weis is the football coach at Kansas.

On Friday, Weis accepted the challenge from a Kansas City television personality and received an ice-water bath from Kansas senior Ben Heeney. Here’s the video, in which Weis also challenged KU basketball coach Bill Self, former Texas coach Mack Brown and his son, student assistant coach Charlie Weis Jr.
