T-Bones 2, Red Hawks 1

GAME RECAP: The T-Bones scored two runs in the first inning on a home run by Matt Padgett and then watched starting pitcher Kyle DeVore cruise through 7 innings.

AT THE PLATE: The T-Bones had only five hits in the game, including Padgett’s fifth home run.

ON THE MOUND: DeVore, 5-6, held the RedHawks to four base runners on three hits and one walk.

UP NEXT: The T-Bones begin their final series of the season with a doubleheader tonight at CommunityAmerica Ballpark against the St. Paul Saints with the first game starting at 6 p.m.
