Outlook: Mutton Creek Marina reports: crappies good on jigs, minnows in 18 to 20 feet of water in the brush; walleyes good on night crawlers off rocky points; largemouth bass good on skirted spoons, jigs along the treelines (a 7 1/2 -pound largemouth was caught last weekend).

        Mark Fenner of Parkville returned from Canada in late June with one whale of a fish story. Fishing on Reindeer Lake in northern Saskatchewan, he caught a 50 1/4 -inch northern pike (shown below) on a 9-inch Rapala. But that&amp;rsquo;s just the start.
