Lions’ Stephen Tulloch tears ACL in ‘Discount Double Check’ sack celebration

Detroit Lions linebacker Stephen Tulloch will miss the rest of the season after tearing his ACL while celebrating a sack in the first quarter of a 19-7 Lions win over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.
