Alex Gordon’s walk-off home run lifts Royals to 2-1 win over Twins

Alex Gordon’s two-run home run in the ninth inning gave the Kansas City Royals a 2-1 walk-off victory over the Minnesota Twins and protected their game-and-a-half lead over the Detroit Tigers for first place in the American League Central.
