White Sox claim Noesi off waivers from Texas

Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Chicago White Sox have claimed pitcher Hector Noesi off waivers from the Texas Rangers.
Noesi has combined to go 0-1 with a 14.21 earned run average and six strikeouts in five relief appearances this season between Seattle and Texas. The right-hander started the season with the Mariners before being traded to the Rangers on April 12 in exchange for cash considerations.
In 69 career games (21 starts) with the Yankees (2011), Seattle (2012-14) and the Rangers, Noesi is 4-16 with a 5.81 ERA and 140 strikeouts.
