Harrisonville High School student struck and killed by vehicle after school

Harrisonville High School freshman Corey Turner, 14, was struck and killed by a vehicle driven by another student while Turner was walking home after school on Tuesday. Ray Carter, owner/landlord of the house the vehicle also struck, describes the after-school traffic he and neighbors have witnessed and the need for a four-way stop sign.
