KU is No. 2 seed in South, will play Eastern Kentucky in St. Louis

The Jayhawks landed as the No. 2 seed in the South Region of the NCAA Tournament on Sunday. KU will face Eastern Kentucky around 3:10 p.m. Friday (TBS) in the round of 64 in St. Louis. If the Jayhawks advance, they will face the winner of No. 7 seed New Mexico and No. 10 Stanford on Sunday for a spot in the Sweet 16 in Memphis, Tenn.
