Kansas State can’t make up 12-point halftime deficit, falls to Iowa State 81-75

Kansas State played a strong enough second half to defeat Iowa State on Saturday at Hilton Coliseum, but a large first-half deficit ultimately proved too much to overcome. The No. 16 Cyclones beat the No. 22 Wildcats 81-75, thanks in large part to a 46-34 halftime lead.
