Big 12 women's player of the year Kalani Brown and No. 3 Baylor were too much for Kansas State to handle on Saturday.
Brown scored 26 points in the Bears' 83-54 win over the Wildcats in the Big 12 quarterfinals in Oklahoma City. She made 9 of 12 shots and added 13 rebounds.
Baylor (29-1) advances to play TCU in the seminfinals on Sunday. TCU beat Oklahoma 90-83 in the first quarterfinal on Saturday.
Kayla Goth scored 24 points for K-State (16-15), including 14 in the first half. Peyton Williams added 10 points for the Wildcats.

Baylor led 22-10 after the first quarter and had a 46-27 lead at halftime. But things got worse for K-State in the second half. The Bears held the Wildcats scoreless for the first 5:50 of the second half and took a. 62-27 lead.
Kansas State's six points in the third quarter were a season-low for the Wildcats in any quarter this season.
Dekeiya Cohen scored 19 points, and Juicy Landrum added 14 for Baylor, which shot 50.8 percent from the floor.
This was the sixth time in the last eight years that the Wildcats and Bears had met in the conference tournament.
