Missouri, K-State football teams rise in coaches poll, stay put in AP rankings

No. 20 Kansas State and No. 24 Missouri stayed put in the new Associated Press Top 25 but both rose in the USA Today college football coaches’ poll Tuesday. Kansas State moved up one spot to No. 20, while Missouri, unranked to begin the season, jumped into the poll at No. 22.
