The Chiefs did some post-draft roster trimming Thursday, releasing four players: fullback Patrick DiMarco, quarterback Alex Tanney, linebacker Cory Greenwood and offensive lineman Bryan Mattison.

The Chiefs have traded cornerback Javier Arenas to Arizona in exchange for Cardinals fullback Anthony Sherman. The 5-foot-10, 242-pound Sherman was drafted from Connecticut by the Cardinals in the fifth round in 2011.
