Wiggins brothers meet and KU and K-State share a locker room in St. Louis

There's plenty of familiarity in the Scottrade Center locker rooms this week in St. Louis. Between the Kansas and Wichita State practices, two of the Wiggins brothers, freshman Andrew of KU and senior Nick of the Shockers, met in the Shockers’ room. Oh, and KU and K-State were assigned the same locker room. The Jayhawks get it for the first session; the Wildcats, the second.

Kansas State has practiced and fulfilled its media obligations for the day and the Wildcats are currently shooting in front fans at the Scottrade Center. After 44 years, Benedictine Ravens return to the NAIA Tournament

It has been 44 years since Benedictine last played in the NAIA men’s basketball tournament, a dry spell that will end tonight. And the school plans to celebrate in a big way — by trying to shatter the record for the largest crowd to attend a session since the tourney returned to KC in 2002.
