Flare-up entangles North Korea, South Korea

North Korea can’t seem to stay out of the global limelight.

Russia can’t have all of the headlines grabbing Crimea. Pyongyang announced that it was going to do more nuclear weapons testing.

Then it got into a live-round shooting match with South Korea near its southern neighbor’s maritime border. Ships from both sides opened fire and warplanes took to the air.

Both sides need to settle down. The world has enough problems without the shooting match erupting.
