North Korea seeks attention — again

North Korea seems to feel a need to constantly seek the world’s attention.
When leaders in that destitute communist nation don’t get it, they blow something up to get heads to turn toward them. That is what happened over the weekend when North Korea launched three short-range missiles into the sea off its coast, The New York Times reports.
Then on Sunday, it pitched an additional short-range missile into the water. All of the saber rattling a few weeks ago appeared to have died down, which included North Korean threats of using nuclear weapons.
No one should ever think that North Korea will fall in line and be well-behaved.
