Clint Blansett’s 10-year-old son had been dead just a few days when a social worker from the state knocked on the family’s door. The worker wanted him to sign a form saying he wouldn’t talk about his son’s death or the Kansas Department for Children and Families. Blansett recorded that conversation and another soon after.
