Gary Wilson opened Wilson’s Pizza and Grill in Kansas City, Kan., because no pizza chain would deliver to the neighborhood. Despite tax incentives and new infrastructure flowing to the western part of Wyandotte County, Wilson is committed to staying put and serving his urban community.
