Anyone looking for a good scare is invited to visit Spooky Weasel’s Northtown Haunt this Friday or Saturday night at 830 E. 21st Ave., North Kansas City.
This will be the 13th year for the haunted house, which is newly designed each year by Shannon Cousins and several friends and family members, including his 6 year-old daughter.
Haunting hours begin at 6:30 p.m. and continue as long as the crowd lasts. More than 1,100 visitors visited the haunted house last year.
Although a trip through the haunt is free its creators are inviting visitors to donate a non-perishable food item or money which will be used for the Adopt-a-Family program at Christmas time. For more information, e-mail spookyweaselsulc@gmail.com or go to spookyweasels.thecousinsfamily.com.
