Olathe court offers amnesty Tuesday

Olathe Municipal Court will conduct an Amnesty Day on Tuesday for people who have outstanding warrants in city court.

People who appear in court from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. will not be arrested on warrants issued in Olathe’s Municipal Court.

Any outstanding warrant fees will be waived for those who pay their court fines, fees and costs. The fees also will be waived for those who set up payment plans, but they will be reinstated if a payment is missed.
