OAK GROVE | Odessa man killed in rollover crash

The Missouri Highway Patrol has identified the man killed in a rollover crash along Interstate 70 on Friday as Andrew G. Warren of Odessa. He was 31.

Warren was eastbound on I-70 about 4:20 p.m. Friday near the Jackson and Lafayette county line when he drove off the left side of the road.

Warren overcorrected and lost control. His 2001 GMC started to skid and spin clockwise. The vehicle then ran off the right side of the road and rolled over multiple times before coming to rest on its wheels.

Warren was flown to Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, where he was pronounced dead. Warren was wearing a seat belt.

KANSAS CITY, KAN. | Mechanic suffers serious burns

A 26-year-old man suffered second- and third-degree burns on more than a third of his body Saturday when a fuel tank he was working on caught fire.

The fire started about 10 a.m. Saturday at an automobile repair business in the 1400 block of Minnesota Avenue in Kansas City, Kan.

The victim was taken to a hospital.
