Kansas City’s no-parking signs are slow to appear on 31st Street

Thomas McKittrick still hasn’t seen the no-parking signs promised last fall for eastbound 31st Street in the Martini Corner area of midtown. Kansas City says the work is in the pipeline and should be done soon.
