A new Washington Post-ABC News poll

shows President Barack Obama’s approval rating at a new low of 41 percent.

What’s more, the survey suggested that a majority of voters say they want a GOP Congress next year to serve as a counter-balance to the president.

One big factor: 44 percent said they back the Affordable Care Act while 48 percent oppose it.

The poll

also showed that the 2016 race for the GOP presidential nomination is the most wide-open in a generation.
