Missouri Sen. Roy Blunt says he wants to know what happened with a Southwest Airlines flight into southwest Missouri that landed at the wrong airport Sunday

.

“Ppl should assume they’ll arrive at the right place. I’m on the Commerce Cmte will insist fed regulators find out what happened in SWMO,” he said in a tweet.

But also this: “I’ve landed there before it’s tough to navigate even in small planes.”

It’s likely Sen.

Claire McCaskill will weigh in on this as well. She chairs a hearing Tuesday on the training contract for air traffic controllers.
