HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius has talked repeatedly of a fix for the beleaguered Obamacare website by month’s end.

Turns out that probably won’t happen.

The Washington Post reports that the system falters when 20,000 to 30,000 people try to use it at once. And a solution doesn’t appear to be in hand.
