Missouri, Kansas lawmakers split on NSA restrictions

But it happened Thursday when the House considered an amendment to limit the National Security Agency’s ability to collect personal data from subjects not under direct investigation.
The House narrowly rejected the amendment, 205 yes, 217 no.
Here’s how they voted from Kansas and Missouri:
Yes, in favor of the limits: Cleaver, D-Mo.; Huelskamp, R-Ks.; Rep.Lacy Clay, D-Mo.; Rep. Jason (corrected) Smith, R-Mo.; Reps. Lynn Jenkins and Kevin Yoder
No, opposing the limits: Reps.Sam Graves, Vicky Hartzler, Ann Wagner, Billy Long, Blaine Luetkemeyer, all R-Mo.; Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Ks.
