Many photos in The Kansas City Star’s photo archive offer precious little detail as to when they were taken. This shot of Kansas City’s downtown, looking northward up Baltimore Avenue from about Truman Road, is a good example.
The Power & Light Building is on the left, and the President Hotel on the right. But that’s all we know for sure.
