Bathed in morning sunlight, the top and final piece of Bartle Hall’s “Sky Stations” was set in place on the first column from the helicopter that made nine trips to put the sculptures together. The helicopter pilot made the placement blind because his view of the temporary guiding devices to aid in placement was blocked. He relied on radio contact with a worker on top of the pylon.
