Here are three of the historic dresses from the collection of 50 in the estate of Miss Narra Lewis, Blue Springs, who died two years ago at the age of 90. These dresses are typical of seven acquired by the Kansas City Museum from the collection. Modeling the costumes here are, left to right, Mrs. John Knight, 5800 High Drive, who wears a gown and bonnet worn at the inaugural ceremonies for Abraham Lincoln; Mrs. Clark M. Page, 4541 Broadway, wearing a Grover Cleveland inaugural ceremony dress; and Mrs. Sally Stanley Gibson, 4408 Warwick, whose gown was one of Miss Lewis’.
